The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

this time another Astra, this one is a Model 600/43, 9m/m Parabellum. Date code marks it made 1945 serial number shows it was sold to West Germany after the war for police use. Actually both serial numbers are from the police sale numbers, somewhere along the line the slides and the lowers were put together from a batch and whoever didn't bother to match the serial numbers. Also somewhere along the line the magazine safety got removed.
EDIT
The first is the M-600 the second is a M-300. Sorry about that both picture were in the preview but not in the post I goofed agin, :oops:

At first I thought it was an Astra 380 - it looks shorter than my Astra 600. They are sweet guns! I really like my Astra 400 but it tosses brass off towards Jones's place. SW
