The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Flea market find from the weekend, the fuse on the left in the picture, a german WW 1 time fuse. Haven't found for what yet but guessing some kind of shrapnel shell by the way the fuse broke off the main part of the shell. Very much like the english shrapnel fuse sitting next to it.

(this is a point impact diagram but fuse to energetic set up is the same as with the time fuses)
Battle field relics, both of these have been fired and functioned as expected. Diagram to show what the whole fuse looks like. I have the timer and primer parts, the energetic portion when fired sheared the timer part off often leaving them intact.
