Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Custom 3 K PSI tube. Rest of it is mostly Crosman mail order parts.
Made the hammer for this myself, out of extremely hard s/s...

Also made a transfer port for it from disposable lighter parts- took all of 3 minutes :lol

Performance: 10.5 gr domed pellet in .177 at 910 fps. No problem on 12 ga. hulls at 25 yds. It's actually louder than my powder burning .22's.

I am quite happy with it so far. Entertaining some thoughts of internal changes to boost the fpe up to where 25-30 cal. becomes feasible. Those bbls are kinda dear in cost though- BUT- I'd love a Walther choked bbl in .30 cal....

I know little of air guns - how do you charge it up? Welder's or medical Oxygen cylinder?

Looks like you can pretty much thumb your nose at high 22 prices. SW

It's charged via a 3 stage pump- actually a glorified hi-tech bicycle pump.

Pump is capable of 3500 psi. Reservoir on this gun is a bit bigger volume wise than the last build, and it takes a while to bring her up. Haven't gone higher than 2600 psi (yet). Range of consistency seems to be from about 2100 psi from what I've seen so far.

I could go the high pressure dive tank route, but dive shops are few and far between here. The ones that will fill outside tanks can only cascade to 2500. I'm better off with the manual pump. I'd be interested in an inert gas fill- argon seems attractive, but the tanks are a pain in the butt. Kinda leary of Oxygen filling. It doesn't take much oil in the tube to get a nice detonation with oxygen.

Nothing but crap .22 available here, and it's way over priced for bulk .22. I'll get the 52 and 39-A out just to hunt, and plink with the air gun arsenal.

Did see a nice timberwolf at the last tuning session for this new build. He hung around quite a while...
