Out did myself this time.

Found this at a small out of town show today- 20 bucks, even.
No shipping this time.
She was missing the sear spring, and I actually managed a partial tear down and cut a new sear spring for it- at one of my favorite gravel pits.
She's shootin kinda weak at 345 fps with a 14.3 gr wadcutter. Last version (I think) of the crosman flow-trol valve.

It's a crosman 2200 magnum pumper, and I do have a hot shot valve waiting for it in the parts box... Just off the top of my head mid to late 70's production. I'll look it up later.

Not a single Marlin at that show. Did see a very nice Pedersoli sharps repro in 38/55 with the mid-range tang peep and globe front. At 700.00, it was the only other reasonably priced gun at the show. My beater 2200 was the other...

Did see more than a few "rail" guns- all based on the 10-22, at very scary prices- starting 1400.00 and up :ow:

Here it is a bit cleaned up, scoperized, and the valve repaired....

That's just a cheap little 4X32mm Umarex scope that came with some airgun or another in the distant past.

It groups like this at 12 meters...

It wants to pull flyers :P
I'll re-machine the muzzle crown, and get the trigger pull down to something manageable.

She's hitting nice and hard now- 560 fps for 10 pumps, which is about all I'm gonna get out of that tiny volumed valve. Entertaining ideas of a bigger valve and flat head piston- I should (in theory) be able to get her up to low 700's velocity.
I am tickled pink with this endeavour

She was made between '83 and '87...
