Attention New Members and those new registering! We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

A Russian sailor's hat of the Pacific Ocean Fleet. Size 59 must be 7 3/8 since it fits just right.

The tallys (ribbons) even have anchors on them! Now I need to dig out Dads "Donald Duck" hat from when he enlisted in summer, 1941. No tallys but it might have a USS Nevada identifier on it. SW

now thats a really fun one as well , i always enjoy seeing what you collect because its outside my immediate collecting interest , i seldom look seriously at such items at a show but i learn much and enjoy much seeing yours and hearing the actual stories

I'm dealing for another Euro RR kepi right now. I'll have to post all my Euro RR stuff one of these days. Medals & the whole bit. SW

Thanks to the usual suspect, I scored this Belgian Railway police cap. I'll display it with the conductor's kepi. I have a real soft spot in my head for odd RR stuff. SW

I'll have to put up a shelf in the basement for foam heads & hats!
