.177 pellet. It has almost the same heft as the old 3 screw single six. It 4 clicks nice. Patterned after the artillery model with a 5 1/2" bbl. I can nail soda cans 5 outta six at ten paces. Good enough. Rear sight is just a basic notch cut into the top strap.... Sposed to be around 380 fps with a standard 7.9 gr pellet. Haven't clocked it yet, but it must be close. Bean cans quiver at the sight of this in my hand.... Caught it on sale at Cabela's for 150.00 bucks Cdn. I think I stole it at that price. Now to find a 7 1/2" model... and some walnut to make proper grips... Regards, Doc Sharptail |

Good thing I'm not drinking coffee scrolling down to that. Had a girl that looked like that once~ just once. Got a tiny bit of tax back and am looking for a half decent pellet pistol. Bargain cave is sposed to have 586's in 6". They had a couple of beater 686's in 6" the last time I was there. Apparently Umarex has discontinued the S&W revolver line. Lotta replica junk coming out in B.B. now, which I don't really like. At least the SAA replica is in pellet... Regards, Doc Sharptail |
