While rooting around for something else, I found a bunch of 41 cal boolets. But I sold my 41 mag revolvers several years ago. And prices on those have gotten completely out of hand so I grabbed a 41 mag Contender barrel! Having components seemed like sufficient reason... not that we need a reason for something like that. Looks like T/C borrowed a page of two from the springer air rifle handbook~ especially the pivot block mounting system, and rear sight.What the heck have they done to the front sight? First T/C bbl I've seen like that... I'd be interested in how it clocks over the chrony with some mild home rolleds... Regards, Doc Sharptail |
