Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Couldn't pass this one up. Not a Finn, but the same parent marketing company. Made in china of course. Got it for a song new in clamshell at the second-hand store. Works well, but the quality of the steel is not the same as the Finn pictured below. Easier to feel fish bones with the Finn. Still a good back-up, and it will be handy when I finally bag some grouse. Still would like to find a CRKT trout/bird sheath knife with the micarta scales. Hope it has not been discontinued...

Regards,

Doc Sharptail

If you're ever tempted by a Chinese made Puma, they are nowhere near as good as the German ones. The steel just doesn't hold an edge very well.

The Spanish Pumas - marked Puma IP - aren't too bad. I've got a couple & am not sorry I do. I'll never buy another Chinese Puma, though. SW
