We had our fall gun show today - lots of people and even new vendors. No surprise - handgun, AR & AK prices were off the chart. Same for what ammo was available. But I'm setting pretty well that way. I did score this laser/light combo for my 10mm. Took a bit to get the laser bore sighted, but it seems pretty close. I'll do the live ammo test tomorrow. I had a similar unit on a PPK replica airgun. The laser dot gets kind of large at around 15 yards. It did not work very well in bright daylight. Have read several laser reviews where the green laser dot is claimed to be much more visible than red. When distance and lighting conditions were right, the laser was a lot of fun. Very repeatable accuracy. I took the laser off and used it for a cat toy. The main issue with it was holstering, and to a lesser extent, battery life. nice , these are generally close out of the box , and ive been real happy with the two different versions i own , these can be effective deterrent when turned on without firing a shot , |
