Got a call last week from a friend telling me there was going to be an auction up near him that had some guns and stuff listed, so made plans to meet, have breakfast and over we went. Was an estate auction with all the usual plates, furniture, lamps, dust collectors, and a few pistols and a couple of shotguns. The guns weren't anything I was overly interested in but, 2 boxes marked MISC. MILITARY looked good. Managed to get one of them. An odd mix, a 1 pound rapid fire ww1 english artillery shell, a 18 pound english ww 1 shrapnel shell, a ww 1 english 24 pound time fuze, ww2 aircraft recognition wheel, ww 2 american artillery sight telescope, and a bag full of pieces that when screwed together became a 1950's dummy 3.5 inch rocket (have to do some hunting but I think it is an anti tank bazooka rocket.)
