Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

I have a old Bear Grizzly recurve bow that I would like to shoot. What all would be needed to set it up for shooting it? I have shot compound bows and want to go back to a simpler old fashioned bow.

If the bow is in good shooting shape all you should need is arrows, a couple of new strings, and a bow stringer (they are strongly suggested nowadays seeing that the step through method of old can lead to serious pain and injury should something go wrong) as well as what tenboremag stated, muscles.
3 rivers archery use to have a section on how to set up bow, might want to look and see if it is still online.
