My son and I met up with AZ Fan at a local show Yesterday. Some milsurps, but prices were high. It seemed like more people were bringing guns to sell than were buying.

hey sounds like a great way to spend time with your son , id love to do that with mine - he just likes to shoot my ammo up

....heaven forbid-things are reeeeal tight around here and its been "suggested" I part with some of mine.......

....problem is that I dont have many-and the few I have are too "special " to part with :-?

Prices were'nt high,they were outrageous in a lot of cases-$1500 for a rack grade Garand??? The best deals in US stuff were an 03A3 in exc. cond for $475 and an Inland carbine,not import marked for $600.The one guy that had good prices I dubbed "Rustbucket" because thats what everything on his table had a coat of.Was however tempted to offer him $80 for the 6.5 Vetterli he had,rust or no.Talked myself out of it :lol

The best part of the show for me was watching Dave's son Ethan shop for and buy his .22 he wanted,but Dave should tell that story.-TR
