There wasn't much to see... that was affordable or priced right.
Saw an old bayonet w/ scabbard for 20. It was a Turk, but I haven't a Turk rifle for it so pass. Saw a WW2 Puma dress bayonet for 125... thought about it for a bit but pass.
Primers were way up in price. $40/1000. Most IMR powders were 30+ per pound.
Thought of Doc when I saw a vintage Marlin Microvue 4X scope, but it was too beat up for $45. A seller had a few old Weavers, but they were the common types.
But I had a good visit with Keith Reed. He used to post here & on gunboards but has largely given up on internet forums, he says. I've corresponded with him for a long time & he was in town on biz so I went over & we had a great visit.
You'd like him, Ellie!
Has residences in Ala & Montana - has TWO big Indian bikes - a 2014 & 2015 ( one for each residence) - a metric short ton o' guns... And single! Just kidding.
He was dealing for a Class III belt fed when I left.
Came home for a long nap. Now to decide if I want to watch the stupor bowl... I'm just not much on televised sports. Wifey went over to older daughter's for stupor bowl & snacks.
I better make some grub for the work cooler before I get into TV.
Overall: a bad gun show is better than no gun show. I'll go back next time. SW
