What a great time!! Weather wasn't so great - rain mixed with snow & just above freezing all day. It snowed right along for a bit but melted right away.
Which made it a buyer's show. The crowd seemed to be down from what I've seen before.
Saw a lot of money change hands. What were people buying? Saw a guy buy 10 repro Germ potato masher grenades. US helmets were another popular item. Bayonets, too.
I had good luck haggling prices. Got a Swiss bajonet for my K31 for 20 = seller came down from 30. The only seller that flat wouldn't move on prices was the Italian vendor. Probably because he has a thriving internet biz.
Saw guns being sold. Tamas & I saw an antique Swiss rifle (1896?) for 230 Euros. Tamas was reaching his wallet to grab it, but you gotta be quick. Saw a Belgian percussion pistol change hands. Despite being billed as "no guns", there sure were a lot on the tables.
Quite a variety of mall ninjas and gun show commandos. I think a lot of the commandos were air softers. I think there's a lot of that in Europe.
Here's an odd one for you - I've no idea in the world how it was used. Seller didn't seem to know other that it was 300 EUD... firm.

For military vehicle people, there were a lot of parts. One vendor had tank stuff. M4 Sherman radial engine spark plugs - partial and full tracks for US Germ & Russian tanks.
Transfer cases for US trucks...

One of the things I grabbed was this carabineri hat. Been after one for quite a while.
