Sure hope your wife sees her dad in time Mike.
I know the feeling.
I had the same with my dad a couple of years ago.
I can not describe the feeling when your own dad doesn't recognize you anymore.
All I can say is that this feeling stayed with me for a long time and it didn't feel good.
You're in my thoughts and prayers.

my prayers and thoughts are with you both , i went through the hospice thing with my father and i know what she is experiencing , it would be good for her to have the opportunity to have him recognize her , that was one of the most dificult parts of my experience

........Her Dad and both of you on the list Mikey... ...fully understand....my mother in law has been in assisted living with Alzheimers for a few years............going up to see her again the end of this month-some days she's 'there'......others she aint...
