I'm tempted by this Italian beauty who's hanging around at the shooting range. She's really stunning and keeps attrackting my attention.
Brand new, semi-auto of course (full is an absolute nono over here unfortunately).
Asking price is 800 (one mag), but I figure I could haggle a bit as I know the guy and have bought toys from him before.
Might raise some eyebrows though when I aplly for the liscence ...

Beretta M21? Sweet!! I say go for it! Barrel length is not an issue in Belgium? We can have "short barreled rifles" legally but have to get a permit and pay a $200 transfer tax. SW

It would have to be classed as a pistol from the factory to get around the tax stamp.

No, barrel lenght is not an issue. But you can not shorten or lenghten it once you have obtained your permit.
Full-auto is prohibited.
Folding stocks are generally frowned upon and mostly refused, but one can always claim it has been permanently fixed in extended position. They don't check the gun itself, you only have to send a picture with your application.
This particular one would be clasified as carabine.
