Got a flyer this AM & I see they have M-N M91-30s for $100. What's a good sleeper to look for? I need to go over & score some lurkey deeks anyway. SW

.....old Tula's...?....somethin early??....maybe get lucky and find one from the 20's or one that was an ex-dragoon???....ones on a hex reciever??

I got that ad yesterday and if I was into those I would go to Dundee and check them out. I had never seen any up there before.

You are right. All Cabelas cares about is that they make their profit. I figure these will have the CAI billboard import mark. I still need to go over for turkey deeks so I'll be looking for a receiver marked "KA3".

A long shot? Yes, but I bet I could make a small profit on it! SW

I'm really getting soured on Cabelas! They had some of the $99 M91-30s but they were all late war except one 1938 in poor shape.

They also had 5 K31s on the rack... $329 each! And they were ratty as heck! All the rifles had a big billboard importer mark on the receiver. Not CAI - some outfit I haven't heard of before.

Then their customer service REEKS! And NO turkey loads for 2 3/4" chambers! You don't need a 3 1/2" chamber - you just need to be closer when you shoot!

Paid for my deeks & got the heck out of there. It will be a while before I go back! SW
