...go for it... ...thats a deal....you give him a copy of your 03 for his records,and should you ever purchase an 01 firearm,you either get a copy of his FFL to send to whom you are purchasing from(I guess even now that accept email/fax copies) and he sends it to your 01FFL,or you give him your FFL's info...it goes from them to him,and your FFL only charges $10 for his efforts and you pick it up there at his place....a super deal these days....I'm sure Brucie and others can elaborate in more "official" terms and details...

....aaaah....sorry....brain fart...its the tendonitis meds the doc has me on-my excuse and I'm stickin to it ...in that case,all I know is that its a lot more BS paperwork and time and $$$ to get the license....ET and others will take it from there...I'm just tryin to confuse....uh help ya...

I used to work on guns & had an 01. More hoops to jump through and more expensive. I think you need an 'acceptable' alarm system, too.

A fellow locally charges me 10 per transaction & I like that just fine. SW

When you go 01 you open yourself up to ATF inspections at any time. Earlier this year I had 2 agents ring my doorbell & were holding up their badges saying "Hi we're from the ATF and want to inspect your premises" that was a shocker

unless you intend to become a business that does a fair amount of trade or want to open your horizon to items beyond your C&R i dont think you will find it lucrative or enjoyable ,

as ET points out those random visits could become a bit less than convenient , and the returns are not sufficient to offset your additional costs without going into this as a business

use the other mans $10 offering for anything you want thats not C&R , keep your C&R for those that are ............just 2 cents way too freely offered
