yes sir ree bob , that is one i recall from my youth , this type of rack was a very common type back then - that and the antlers , it brings back family memories of years gone by ,

i like that one its in better shape than those ive seen in the last 20 years or so , you have a great heirloom

that's the bits that generally start looking ratty , i have no good suggestions on that , you did the right thing with the wood - more my area of knowledge ,

i do hope you get to have this in a room of proper persuasion , im not getting far in my home as my wife claimed every square foot with her studio and deems it superior to my needs , so far i have one bathroom im claiming and a garage stall - but thats not the best in this climate
