Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

I got it refinished, bayo lug gone & wood "Glass Bedded" (note the quotes)!
It was awful.
So I restocked with a wood sporter stock
Added a ND/NT Insta-mount from S&K & fitted a 3~9X40 Leopold I had hanging around & a "5-round Japanese-made magazine for A Santa Fe" which actually holds 7 rounds, & bingo:

The "Goobermint Model Sporter" still in .303 British! Its a decent shooter now its in properly fitted wood. The wood is a much closer match than this picture shows.

I have the original 10-round magazine as well.
