been lazy and absent for a few months....sorta job, family, sickness, you know~~~
any ways, i want to tinker, and put the sights in....when a lock gets to me, someday, i will be able to drill the tang holes and brown the barrel........so it will age the sights to the barrel~

nice little feather sight, what does the feather mean????...heck if i know...something a-kin to swiftness of the ball???

Ahhhh......she's gotta be getting lonesome with out me around...... :crzy:
I just been getting the feeling to flintlock work again. The lock isn't here yet, so the wrist and trigger area will wait. This is my last one, so I will take my time, and I have house spring cleaning/maintenance work that needs to get done..... :kap:
Today was sight day, been thinking.....put them in BEFORE browning and they will 'weld' to the barrel.
I will age this rifle, it won't have all the carving on most of my pieces....the PB will be engraved to match the era, the wood is my most expensive I have ever bought, so just hope it turns out......I already have more in it than a Remington 700! :-?

Tomtom said hi, he's still a stinker, as in: the other night, the motion lights came on, and the wife said she was trying to see what turned them on.....and she could see tomtom reaching thru his fence trying to reach and snag something there.....something just outta his reach......but he was trying...... :crzy:

Good to see you're still up and runnin Kaintuck, missed seeing your posts. Thought maybe TomTom took your computer away or that you ran off with Paris.
