Thank you hogger!!! I'm thinking I will have to make a clip for the front and screw the back onto the stock....as my bit wandered and I have very thin wood in front of my trigger plate. Lots of filing anyways is now due, along with polishing this piece. And brass prices are increasing for vendors, I shudder to think what a good size brass bell would cost these days! !!! I'll work on things and check in.....headed to mom's this time next week, I'll gain 10lbs in 4 days! End up looking like Britney southern going north bound!!!! |

The bit wandered toward the outside....so the wood is only 1/16" thick in from of the trigger plate But it will be ok, ingenuity is partly why I build. I like to see the rr hole 1/16" off the barrel, like in you and Steves rifles...... I will show the tg with its attach points.....I m going to moms to visit, looking forward to no phone for a week.....it has been really bad for me lately, I have a lot of hospice patients, and lost one of my little friends yesterday to old age, had him 15yrs......too much loss....I'm getting a thousand yard stare feeling again.....need away time.....
