Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

my grand kids have been nurturing a rabbit in our yard , no big thing but they feed it and its gotten tame to a point , it does not run away when they are out watching it , this afternoon my wife noticed it acting strange - had a target arrow through it , must have missed all vital elements , the police officer that responded shot it [she called animal control]my question is why ? i dont think they roam that far in their area , i suspect a kid in my lawn while we were gone - but i dont get that , i guess having a park in the middle of town for a lawn is a bad thing ?

And of course you can never caught the little bastards.
A year ago we had 5-6 bunnies running around. Now this last summer nothing. It does make you wonder.

yes , indeed , i dont complain when the pair of great horned owls move in for a week and reduce the populations of squirrels and rabbits , thats the nature i live in and i really like those owls a lot , but im not fond of arrows in my yard unless gimps shooting them - then i know they are going where they are intended ,

i seldom say anything to anyone that wanders along the river in my back yard , i get it - its peaceful and a very beautiful walk , but leave my wildlife alone , i dont shoot in their yard ,
