I have a neighbors rifle here which is a 22 lr that manually operates via a rod at the end of the lower stock. The receiver says Unique and below that is PYR.

There are words on the barrel but they are in French. He is missing the magazine for it. It looks like it would have been a small type pistol magazine. I have checked Gunparts with no luck. Any ideas?

Well I can't use a translator on it as it's inputted in as a photo and not as a format that I can copy and past. But that is definitely the rifle just a little newer version.

I would peruse some shows for cheapie mags that will fit the mag-well then try to alter them to work in your rifle
