Love seeing others collections so haw about a few pictures. I'll start with a few hanging in my den.
Found these in my teens. Probably what got me interested in archeology in the first place.

very nice , never got into these but mostly because i never found any , and no one i knew was into them , always enjoyed seeing them tho ,

i ended up collecting old fishing equipment stuff ,








the old lures and such are in shadow boxes on my family room wall along with the very old rods and reels , there were a few more older tackle boxes with a lot of reels , lures , bits and pieces that are now in my sisters sun room ,

...here's a few of mine....that and fossil hunting also got me interested in archeology/history.....I've got a good batch of fossils I've found-would have to take a few pics though to post....mebbe tomorrow or this weekend after work...

....hey square-I've got some old lures and fishing stuff that goes back to the 40's,50's,60's I think that used to be my father in laws.....the just sit around collecting dust....if you're interested I can take some pics and send and see if theres any you could use....better with someone who appreciates and uses them instead of sittin in a box...

Very nice Herr Mario, I have a batch of fossils also. They are a great find when out wandering also. The picture is of some pottery sherds somebody drop off in a bag at a dig I was working at the Park of Canals in Arizona. The lead arche. didn't want them getting mixed in with the site collection and told me to get rid of them.
Hey A square 10, how can you tell a good lure from a junker? I see them at flea markets all the time but have no clue what I'm looking at. I've stopped and looked but usually my voice of reason(in this case it is pronounced wife) says Oh no you don't you don't need to start collecting anything else.(Regrettably, she is right, [this time])

Dang Mike I wish I knew you were into that stuff I got rid of a bunch of old lures going back to the 20s, Some were still in the old tin boxes with the paper work and had never been opened.

I have not unpacked most of my stuff but I have a jar of minnie and musket balls that we picked up off old civil war battle sites and my prize a CSA belt buckle. When we get to the new house and I set up the man cave I will get some pics up.

id have bought those for sure - sadly thats what happens to lots of these little prizes - its the wooden ones that i find most desireable themn the metal gear , the plastic stuff from the late 50s on get relegated to the old boxes ,

will look forward to seeing the battlefeild pickups ,
