Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Walleye fry in Sturgeon creek.

The rock bass and pike were feeding on them a bit.
Decent numbers though. If the water doesn't go any lower, more than a few are gonna survive to mature eating size fish.

Nikkor 55mm micro F 3.5 at f8, about 1:4 repro ratio, with the lens about 6" off the water surface. ISO 125.

Doc Sharptail

its good to know that so many are getting to maturity , i think our numbers may well be down - our water levels are very low with the drought year , the river has never recovered anything even with the recent rains , way too late , way too little , much of it is walk able here well into the center or clear across , used to have to go north to the headwaters to say that , we are to get rain late week but i doubt it will be substantial , this is one of the worst years i can remember for lack of rain ,

hope those do well and provide for you in the future , i like walleye but seldom find time to fish these days - something i need to remedy real soon - im planning to spend time getting the boat back in order next year and scheduling the time to be in it and enjoy it and my fishing
