Location: On the couch a lot now that I'm retired

While it had a number of features in common with tanks, it was actually a self-propelled shield lacking even a seat for the lone occupant. It was powered by a 250CC motorcycle engine.

Prototypes were made with either twin 6,5mm MGs or a Brixia bomb launcher throwing a rather anemic 45mm bomb.

Starting crank for the motorcycle engine is visible to the right of the kneeling operator/soldier

Overall, 'bad idea' was written all over this project even though it was conceived to lessen battlefield casualties. Supposedly the metal exterior was proof against 8mm ball ammo, but nothing else over that. SW
