'34 Nash advanced 8 coupe. Dad liked these a lot.

May have posted one of these before. It's a '49 Delahye 175 S coupe. If I did, this is almost certainly a different view of the car.

That design was ahead of its time! More like an El Camino than a working truck. SW

"Le Grand Marquis".

Probably a Mercury from an ad for Quebec.
There was an LTD wagon that did strange things with seating~ see if I can find it...

In sort of the same vein as above. It's a 1936 Auburn, and it is super-charged.

'54 Buick Skylark Convertible. I'm not sure that mid-teal color was a factory option in '54.
It's possible, but not likely. Still a nice color though, and a lot of work went into that car.

Doc Sharptail

Barrett-Jackson has this car up for auction. They said it was originally maroon and was repainted in Tunis Blue, but I cannot really tell. It looks more like a color called "Lido Green". Variations in their camera and internet?

Not sure what this is, but it's a neat old ride.

Unusual in that cops didn't use many station wagons - let alone Moscow city police.
1964 I think.

That is Jean Bugatti with his '32 Bugatti Royale.
Love the bottle green "stripes" on it.

Here's another super safe ride from 1956 that never made it into production
Well padded, great visibility and no steering wheel to bite in a collision. I'm noticing
in these retro safe cars, seat belts never occurred to the designer. SW

Another '62 ford thunderbird concept prototype. The rear deck is actually pretty close to what was used in production vehicles. IIRC, '62 was the last year for the rocket burner tail lamp style. Fins on the '61 were much better angled.

Doc Sharptail

There's Grandad's Ford wagon. This is a '39 V-8 Custom Wagon.
Grandad's was the exact same color with a bit rougher wood.
I rode in it once with Dad driving and Grandad riding shotgun.
Only trouble dad had was finding the starter~ it was a foot switch.
I wasn't big enough to know what motor it had. It was not as slow as it looks.
We had a heck of a day that day. We all got to shoot Grandad's 1100  at the dump busting Grandad's muscatel bottles. Only real wingshot with that was Grandad. The rest of us couldn't hit worth beans on thrown gallon bottles...

1920 Stutz Bear-cat nicely restored. Dunno what's up with the right hand drive. Off of social media.

Hogger,

The production car was not a production car, but a concept car. It was a 1952 Abarth 1500 Biposto.

The coachwork was by Franco Scaglione at Bertone. The single model was sold to Packard and brought to Detroit. Seventy five horsepower inline 4. From the looks it looks like it should have a 350 horsepower engine. Barn find.
