This came as a complete surprise to me but for Christmas my Father in Law gave me a box with bricks in it! But in that box was a set of license plates and a title from 1961 to his 1929 Ford Modal A. Sorry it's all covered up but here is a photo of the new project in the background! I was almost in tears!

good luck on the project and do post the photos - we are hangin ten waitin on the results

I have a nice 30 over 289 and a 4 sp auto for it! Sorry no 390's to heavy! It might be time to let go of some extras in the rifle pile as I'm falling behind in auto projects.

This is the look I will go for, the mild hot rod look but yet still looking like it should be! The girls will be happy to keep the little "Mini Blue" as they call it. But I'm running out of room!

Mark, that's a fantastic Christmas present.

I've seen the pictures before.
I like the looks of that Ford...great car.
Wish I had the space and the knowledge to do these kind of things too. :-?
Keep us posted on this.

Met vriendelijke groet,

Martin

The sad part is I will put the 1956 Truck on the back of the to do stack! The Spitfire is close to done and then it is my Mustangs turn then this Modal A.

All this is pending the day I can do these things. I could not even put up the Christmas lights again this year. Trish and I went for a walk yesterday and made it about 6 houses down and I had to turn around and hobble back and was in bed the rest of the day!

Some day but sooner will be good.

Man, I wish you were feeling better Mark.
Just take it easy and one day at the time.
You, Trish and the kids will be OK....I'm sure of that.

I'm sure all of you had a fantastic Christmas and I wish you and your loved ones lots of luck and happiness in 2009.

Met vriendelijke groet,

Martin
